  • wc roof elbow

Ladles

img18
  • Ladles are preheated before use to prevent thermal shock to the refractory lining.
  • Preheating extends the service life of the ladle and improves operational safety.
  • Proper preheating ensures molten metal can be transferred without damaging the lining.
  • A fixed process imager continuously monitors the refractory lining temperature during preheating.
  • Continuous temperature monitoring helps detect refractory deterioration early, reducing maintenance costs.

Tundish

img44
  • The tundish is the final metallurgical vessel before molten steel enters the continuous casting mould.
  • It ensures a smooth and controlled flow of molten metal during the casting process.
  • Molten steel interacts with refractories, slag, and the atmosphere while passing through the tundish.
  • The tundish helps maintain the required throughput rate for continuous casting operations.
  • It delivers clean molten steel to the moulds at the desired temperature for high-quality casting.

Bailarm

img15a
  • Bail Arms are designed for handling and transporting molten metal safely.
  • Widely used in Steel Melting Shops (SMS) and foundry operations.
  • Provide secure support for ladles during lifting and transfer.
  • Engineered to withstand high temperatures and heavy-duty operating conditions.
  • Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient molten metal transportation.

Transfer cars

img27
  • Ladle transfer cars are specially designed to transport ladles carrying molten metal safely.
  • Widely used in steel plants, foundries, and metal processing facilities.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient movement of hot materials between production areas.
  • Built to handle extreme temperatures and heavy loads in demanding environments.
  • Improve operational safety, productivity, and material handling efficiency.

roller tables

img23
  • Roller tables transport high-temperature ingots from the continuous casting machine to the rolling mill.
  • Ensure smooth, stable, and continuous movement of hot materials throughout the production line.
  • Designed to handle extreme temperatures and heavy-duty industrial operations.
  • Improve production efficiency by enabling uninterrupted continuous casting and rolling processes.
  • Deliver reliable performance for high-speed material handling in steel manufacturing plants.

Straightner

img25
  • Straighteners align billets, blooms, and slabs during the continuous casting process.
  • Ensure semi-finished steel products are straight before entering the rolling mills.
  • Precisely control steel speed through the rollers for consistent performance.
  • Enhance the quality and dimensional accuracy of billets, blooms, and slabs.
  • Improve production efficiency and reduce defects in continuous casting operations.

Ladle tundish pre heater

img40
  • Ladle preheaters prepare ladles before transporting molten metal in steelmaking operations.
  • Preheating minimizes thermal shock and protects the refractory lining from damage.
  • Ensure ladles are maintained at the optimum temperature for molten metal transfer.
  • Improve process efficiency by reducing heat loss during metal transportation.
  • Enhance operational safety, extend ladle life, and support consistent steel quality.

Lrf roof

img5
  • Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRFs) increase the temperature of molten metal before casting.
  • Precisely adjust the chemical composition to achieve the desired steel grade.
  • Compensate for heat losses during the refining process to maintain optimal metal temperature.
  • Reduce the need for higher tap temperatures from primary steelmaking furnaces.
  • Improve steel quality, process efficiency, and consistency in secondary metallurgy.

Wc roof elbow

img28
  • Raises the temperature of molten metal for efficient secondary refining.
  • Accurately adjusts the chemical composition to meet required steel specifications.
  • Minimizes heat loss during the ladle refining process.
  • Reduces the need for higher tap temperatures from primary steelmaking furnaces.
  • Enhances steel quality, energy efficiency, and overall production performance.
